As we continue to grow our global presence, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take our e-commerce performance to the next level. If you’re passionate about paid media, growth strategy, and customer retention—and want to work with a brand that values creativity, community, and flexibility—this role is for you.
🎯 What You’ll Do
📈 Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)
• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage and scale a monthly paid media budget of $50,000+, focused on meeting ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets
• Conduct deep performance analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and reporting tools
• Continuously test and refine creatives, targeting, bidding, and placements
• Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure high-performing ad assets
• Identify and explore new channels (Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) for experimentation
💌 CRM & Retention (Secondary Focus)
• Work with our CRM to manage automated email workflows: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, and more
• Define segmentation strategies based on behavior, purchase history, and customer lifecycle
• Monitor and improve performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through, conversion, unsubscribe rates, etc.)
• Run A/B tests across email content, subject lines, and timing
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our loyalty and retention programs, with the goal of increasing repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (LTV)
✅ Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands
• Proven ability to scale paid media accounts from $7,000/month to $50,000+, while maintaining or improving ROI
• Strong data analysis skills, including familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms and collaborating with external CRM vendors
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or affiliate marketing is a plus
